You are comfortable working with clients, design teams and end users to bring together diverse needs and interests into best-in-class customer experiences that drive business success.
About the job
Deliver customer experience insights to clients and teams, performing research, synthesising findings into insights and making sure they inform the work
Work with clients to identify soft and hard success metrics, incentive structures and internal capabilities, in order for CX solutions to be implementable and successful
Run workshops to connect different stakeholders, prioritise opportunities and juggle different perspectives to ensure that the solutions we develop deliver business impact
Work with product design teams to ensure we create data driven solutions, and establish consumer feedback loops to inform test & learn methodologies
Inspire clients and teams with new CX opportunities and developments by continuously keeping track of market insights/trends and research learnings

Who are we looking for
Key areas of expertise
Deep knowledge of and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, competitive analysis and stakeholder interviews
Experience providing strategy insights across multiple (Agile) product work streams for a client.
Experience running workshops which bring together multiple stakeholders across different domains and silos.
Client facing but still hands-on, trusted by both senior clients and design teams.
Experience with ethnographic research, ecosystem design, audience definition, information architecture, and user testing.
Experience with creating and presenting robust, innovative and engaging strategic deliverables including customer journeys and personas, experience flows and service blueprint.
Experience with innovation processes including Design Thinking workshops, Google Design Sprints, Business Model and/or Value Proposition canvas.
5+ years of experience working as an Experience strategist, CX Strategist, UX Researcher, Design Researcher or UX Consultant
Experience with scrum, design thinking methods and agile way of working
Creative and/or an appreciative of creativity, desiring to be part of a creative environment and excited about the creative process
Able to see, communicate and implement on brand level
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong attention to detail as well as an eye for the big picture
Experience working with data specialists and design teams
Flexible, proactive thinking and collaboration skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a sociable personality, we like nice people!
Excellent command of the English language
