Wat ga je doen

As a copywriter, you will help strengthen the brand by creating copy that’s fully in line with their renewed corporate identity. You understand what customers find valuable in a product – and can translate that understanding to copy that is clever, well-written, and effective. Your copy will be visible on their website, various European web shops, and product packaging. In addition, you will work with the stakeholders to communicate a clear and consistent story to consumers, press, and B2B partners.

Wie zoeken wij

- Create and rewrite activating and appealing product copy for the website, various large European web shops, and product packaging

- Develop creative and witty concepts within the marketing team, collaborating with designers, videographers, social media strategists, and other talented colleagues

- Write (or rewrite) short copy for our social media channels that engages both our gaming and home & office customers

- Create or edit press releases for their newest products

- Monitor the brand's identity and tone of voice in all textual content, ensuring a consistent story.

- Your copy will be translated into 6 languages, so you really set the tone for our communication worldwide (but hey, no pressure!)

Waar moet je aan voldoen

- 3+ years of experience as a copywriter

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Communication, Journalism, etc)

- The ability to transform the technical into the creative, catchy, and comprehensible

- The ability to deliver short and long(er) messages both online and offline

- The ability to get to the point – quickly and effectively

- Native English speaker who can write in UK English (knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus)

- Affinity with and knowledge of consumer electronics

- Experience with SEO is a plus

- Living in the Netherlands and willing to work in the office at least 2 days a week.
