We are looking for a true team player who can oversee and lead multiple, often interconnected, digital projects on an international account. You have a hands-on personality and are keen on bringing a program to the next level. All while making the team smile and the client happy, of course.
Keep producers aligned to the overall objective for an account.
Responsible for operationalizing all projects on a specific account, including resourcing, way of working, approach, etc.
(Fully unburdens the Business Director from the responsibility of operationalizing the project.)
Manage the operational model and monitors dependencies between all projects.
Provide status updates to key stakeholders on running projects.
Manage finances of all projects for an account and reports these to the Business Director.
Oversee the Discovery, Concept & Build phases of all projects and ensure alignment between disciplines if there is a deviation of strategy.
Make sure all producers are engaged and aligned and monitor progress.
Run weekly meetings with all producers and with main stakeholders.
Attend stand-ups and demos (and kick-off of projects if necessary)
Act as the key contact for all escalations on running projects. Align with client stakeholders, where producers need help within a project, or are experiencing blockers.
Discuss opportunities for new business with the Business Director and coordinate the creation of proposals.
Responsible for creating unified formats for deliverables based on the clients' needs and ensure that these formats are used as such by producers within your client team.

10+ years of experience with digital platform projects / programs, with corporate clients on preferably the agency or production side.
Servant leader personality, that can get the best out of the teams and talent.
Experience in working together with different disciplines, ranging from CX Strategy to UX, Design and Development.
You’re digital savvy and up to speed with the latest digital design trends and development technologies.
You have experience with working in sprints / scrum in an agile environment, but you’re happy to tailor this to each unique project situation.
You have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing (English is the main language in communication).
Process is your middle name and you have a positive and problem solving mindset.
You take ownership and create overview with attention to detail.
Experience with project process and documentation systems, like Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge and experience with planning & finance tools and Google Workspace.
