Thinking along with our clients creatively and acting as a sparring partner. Translating the client's wishes in terms of reach, effect and stated goals into a concise proposal.
Develop creative and effective concepts for social media together with creatives and designers. Client management and presenting concepts and deliverables in presentations.
Take responsibility for planning, resource management and accountability of the team.Therefore playing a key role in “managing” this self operating team. Act as the content manager to publish all the assets on the different social media platforms.

Waar moet je aan voldoen

Excellent understanding of new trends and innovations in digital and social media.
Excellent organizational skills.
Written and verbal presentation skills (ENG).
Strong attention to detail.
Passion balanced with flexibility.
Understanding every social media channel (Instagram/Facebook/Youtube/TikTok/WeChat/Weibo)
Understanding social media culture.
Experience in working as part of a social media team at an agency, preferably on a global level.
