Retoucher

Wat ga je doen

As the senior retoucher you will keep a close eye on everything that is made. You will train and guide the junior colleagues and your enthusiasme and excitement for this profession rubs of on them. You will work closely with the Stylist, Photographers, Merchandise & Product teams to develop the retouching methodology that will improve the quality of the Lookbook. You are an expert on retouch, colour match, and proof all images. You  receive direction from creatives and produce and maintain high quality imagery for e-commerce and social media within the set timeframe.

Waar moet je aan voldoen

- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a senior in a fast-paced studio / production environment

- You have strong skills in retouch and knowledge of colour management

- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of colour correction

- Proactive and keen on improving studio processes

- You have experience working with one or more of these software tools; Photoshop, Capture One and you are interested in learning new software.

- You have the ability to work in a dynamic environment with ad hoc requests and deadlines

- You have a Proactive attitude, curious approach and enthusiasm

- You have strong communication skills in English, both written as verbal

- You like to train and guide your  team members

- You live in or nearby Amsterdam and are qualified to work and live in The Netherlands
