Deliver high-end world-class work, with your eye for detail to craft pixel perfect design across all digital platforms.
Translate creative design concepts into and motion deliverables.
Define overall animation direction with minimal direction or oversight from directors
Able to bring projects alive through motion and create compelling experiences.
Consistently deliver a number of successful solutions and high-quality work to clients on time.
Present your own work with confidence and clearly explain your rationale.
Work together with front-end and guard quality during implementation.
Mentor and lead Junior and Mid-level Designers that you work alongside with on your projects and provide constructive creative feedback

Wie zoeken wij

Have an exciting portfolio displaying your understanding and love of motion design.
Be expert in animation principles, timing, framing, lighting and design.
Strong attention to detail as well as an eye for the big picture.
You are familiar with After Effects and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
You are familiar with Cinema4D, third party renderers like Octane is a plus.
Have a clear understanding of UI and interaction, and is able to give it more purpose through motion.
Have an understanding of implementation and collaborate with front-end on asset export and troubleshooting FBX and GLTF.
Flexible, proactive thinking and collaboration skills.
Experience in leading and directing the development team.
A positive, can-do attitude and a sociable personality, we like nice people!

A big plus;
Experience with VR / AR / MR projects would be a big plus.
Experience with modelling, shading and animating in C4D, Blender or similar software.
5+ years of design/digital design experience across a combination of agency, studio, production company, or in-house.
