We are looking for reinforcement. At the nicest employment agency / recruitment agency in Amsterdam we are looking for a sales tiger who gets a kick out of scoring a new assignment and with a feeling that makes a perfect match between client and candidate. Affinity with the creative sector is a big plus.

You know your way around on social media and know how to use the right tone of voice every time. You meet people from the creative industry at every level. You can listen well and understand what is being asked. And by asking smart questions you help the customer to prepare the ideal profile.

This is what your day looks like: You start with a good cup of coffee and look in your mailbox. You view the new registrations and invite them for an intake. You plan that in consultation with the small team. Then you start looking for the ideal candidate for that nice client that you visited yesterday. You can do this in our database or via the well-known social media channels. Then you eat a nice lunch together. You then search online for vacancies and call the relevant companies. And of course you know exactly what you have to say to fill that nice job with one of your candidates. And before you know it, it is time to close. And depending on how the day went, we play a game of darts or drink a beer to celebrate the successes of the week. This is not necessarily only on Friday.

Wanted
