There are professionals registered with us at every level. We select talent for creation, software development and data from the Netherlands, the other EU countries and sometimes from outside the EU. Our knowledge of the various fields, of the functions and of the constantly changing market and requirements are important factors in this.

Our collaboration

Ruwer places candidates for temporary and permanent. Finding and placing successful talent stands or falls with transparency and reliability. We therefore establish expectations in advance and agree on how we deal with the introduction and assessment of candidates. After we have made clear agreements together, we get to work.

  • Analysis of the vacancy
  • Proposal / discussion of required level of education, skills, experience, expectation
  • Selection and introduction of suitable candidates with motivation and rate or salary
  • After possible rejection and feedback on the introduced candidates, select the following candidates

The candidates that have been proposed have always had an extensive personal intake with Ruwer recently. There are also many candidates that we have been following since their training. Ruwer has good contact with education (MBO / HBO / WO and Academy) so many professionals know us all their professional lives.
